Gender inequality |
Dominant over women by men has been existing from the pre-historic time. Inequality between male and female exist in the society since from the early days. As history tells, female were kept only to do household chores and nothing else. This duty of female, frame by society is still existing in what we call ourself as a modern society. Female are giving free services in their home which everyone take it as granted. Why do woman can't go out of the house and earn money?. Men are not born with the mark as to earn money only. So both men and female should have the equal right in every aspect of earning and even regarding the maintenance of their household duties. Luckily, some of such changes can be seen in this educated age.

Patriarchy system |
Discrimination start from the family itself only, knowingly or unknowingly. In Indian society,
patriarchy system is existing from the time immemorial. Father becomes the head of the family while mother has little space in making important decision regarding family issues. The same is reflected in the system of governing the nation also. Most of the important post has been occupying by the male only. Is it because of the lack of capability of female?. Absolutely not, it is because of the pre-frame concept of society. Now, people must change. People must think out of the box. Fortunately, like having a bright day after a dark night, people started to realise and nowadays, a lots of opportunities has been given to the female to showcase their ability. The scenario is changing, female has also started to become among the most powerful position holder of the nation.

Women empowerment |
Some say, giving reservation for female is a kind of discrimination while some also do say that reservation for female is a discrimination against male but not against female. If both male and female are equal in their right, then why reservation has been given to female?. There is always some sort of discrimination either in female or male. But generally people knows that, mostly discrimination in term of gender is against the female only since from the pre-historic period. So in-order to lift up such pre-existing downtrodden status of female, such reservation is necessary. It is not any type of discrimination. Gender equality is almost achieved in this modern days, but in some form or other, inequality is still existing. Quality education is the best way to bring the solution to this problem.
